Mathias Bertilfelt

Mathias Bertilfelt, I work as Operations Manager, which means that I am responsible for the 6 surface treatment units that make up Proton Finishing. I have to make sure that our units are as efficient and healthy as possible, so they are equipped for the growth we are working for.

Proton became an obvious choice for me when I realised how forward-thinking the company is, that words are backed up by action. We work mainly with automotive, there is a lot going on all the time and many quick decisions have to be made, which makes this an exciting company to work for.

I used to play guitar in a few different local bands, today I like to plink on my acoustic guitar when the opportunity arises.
