Jarmo Lillsjö

Jarmo Lillsjö, Quality and Environmental Manager at Proton Finishing Eskilstuna.

My role is to ensure that we fulfil the set quality requirements, but also to train and be a sounding board for the staff regarding various quality issues.

We have a good atmosphere, high ceilings and good co-operation where everyone feels involved in our team. Proton's ambition is to be the best you can be and to constantly develop, and I like being part of an organisation with a forward-looking spirit.

I like to draw and paint when I have the time (unfortunately too rarely these days).
